This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care for lenses like scratches. For dislike, size issue, uncomfortable prescription, please contact Sllac Customer Service within 14 days after receiving the products. Otherwise, issues will not be accepted for more than 14 days.
