I like the glasses and the lenses worked out well BUT I did have an issue and wasn’t satisfied with the resolution. I returned a pair of glasses and followed the Sllac return policy; however when I reordered new replacement glasses to utilize the credit I had due to me from the return, Sllac did not permit me to apply the current promotional discounts to my NEW glasses. There is nothing in the return policy stating that promotions cannot be applied to new purchases made with return credits. Had I known this I probably would not have ordered the original pair, as Sllac doesn’t have a ‘try on’ option to determine how a pair looks before buying. I regret this experience, as I was satisfied with the product but this experience left me with mistrust for this company- I’ll be looking at competing companies for future purchase.
