Ordering

If you require changes to your order information, such as address, glasses color, or prescription, please reach out to us promptly via email at service@sllac.com. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day to assist you in making the necessary adjustments. However, once an order has been completed and shipped, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any further modifications.

If your order has not yet been processed, we are more than willing to assist you in canceling it and providing a full refund. However, once the order has been completed and shipped, we kindly advise referring to our return and refund policy for further instructions.   2. prescription photo
  3. lens usage: single vision/bifocal/progressive/plano

Frames

Some glasses will, but some won't. You may reach our customer service team via email at service@sllac.com to get the accurate reply.

Sure, you may choose non-prescription-> clear lenses, most our glasses frames provide frame option, if not, you may also opt to clear lenses instead. Besides, we also offer somer plano antiblue eyeglasses and sunglasses at quite affordable prices.

At Sllac, we provide a 12-month frame warranty to guarantee your worry-free wearing experience. Should your glasses break or experience loose lenses within this warranty period, simply send us photos of the glasses, and we will initiate a free replacement order for you. Please keep in mind that the shipping charges for the replacement will be your responsibility.

Lenses & Prescription

The term "Plano" originates from Latin, meaning 'flat,' and is also denoted as "PL" or "0.00." It signifies that you do not require vision correction for a specific eye. If you possess values like this in your prescription, you may simply leave them as "0.00" when filling out your prescription.

If you require lens replacement for your existing glasses, we may request that you send us a photo of your glasses for initial assessment. Additionally, please be aware that our manufacturing facility is located in China, which means you may need to send your glasses to us for the lens replacement process.

Certainly, we are happy to assist you in filling out your prescription. Prior to that, please send us a photo of your prescription along with your PD (Pupillary Distance) values. Once we receive this information, we will complete your prescription and provide you with a screenshot for your reference.

Yes. We accept flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA) for prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses.
