We will not only provide you with high-grade glasses but also offer quick processing times through our partner labs, skilled personnel and internal storage system stock. By removing the middleman, we can produce and ship your glasses to you as quickly as possible – worldwide. All our orders are followed by a tracking number to help you monitor your glasses for your convenience!
14 - Day Guarantee
You have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us for a return ID (RI) number if you want to return them for any reason. If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping), or for a 100% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit/debit card / PayPal account. Unused accessories can be returned for a 100% refund (excluding shipping).
In this 90-day warranty period, we will repair broken frames without charge. If you suspect there is a manufacturing fault, return the glasses for inspection within 90 days of the warranty period. If our inspection reveals that the glasses were made improperly, we will make them for you free of charge. Anti-reflective (AR)coating and photochromic film defects are required for 90 days from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear of frames, lenses, or coatings.SHIPPING CHARGES is not part of the warranty and it's non-refundable.
In addition, we will take full responsibility for DOA issues, and we can make it completely free or offer a full refund.
Lens Quality Assert: Our lenses will be checked 3 times during production, to ensure maximum quality and we won't release our products from our labs until we are fully confident with the eyeglasses set quality. If Sllac Lens is certified to have a quality issue, we will accept a full refund and additional price compensation (broken glasses not included).
1. Please contact us to ask for Return_ID before you return.
2. In-person frame color may differ from what you see on the website due to light, varying screen resolutions, and photo backgrounds.
3. The size of the frame printed on the temples is based on different standards for different factories. Please note that the actual size is specified in the description of each frame on www.sllac.com.
4. Free items/gifts items are not included.
5. If the reason for the return is not the result of an error in Sllac, the cost of the return shipment shall be covered by the customer.
(1) I’d like to give my glasses back. How am I going to get my RI number?
If you need to return an item, please follow the simple steps below:
Call, chat, or email us within 14 days of receiving the item to get your return ID (RI) number.
The following items must be included in the package:
The eyeglasses, and any accessories, in a hard plastic case containing the glasses. A note with RI # and a brief description of the issue that caused the glasses to be returned.
A note with the RI# and a brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses.
A copy of the prescription that the eye dr. provided, so we can inspect the glasses and determine if they were made according to the prescription.
Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RI number. To receive a replacement order, glasses must be returned in their entirety (frames, lenses, eyeglass case, etc.)
Returned items will usually be processed by our returns department within 3 - 5 working days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. Any postage fees incurred for returning items to us will need to be covered by the sender. This is reviewed on a case by case basis. If the glasses are found to have a manufacturing defect, we will refund $3 off your shipping fee.

(3) What can I do if I want to cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason before order completion and/or dispatch please contact our customer support team on (831)888-0086 or email us[email protected] as soon as you can after placing the order.
(4) When can I get my refund?
If for any reason, you wish to receive a refund, the postage will not be refunded. Refunds are usually processed within 3 working days of cancellation or from the date of receipt of any refunded items. If you want to refund your store credit, we will be able to arrive at the account directly after your request has been made. Please note that, If you want to refund your credit card or PayPal card, it will take more time to return the money to your account.
(5) What is your exchange policy?
When you wish to replace your item for a new item with a higher or lower value, we will either refund the difference or inform you of any additional payment needed. Only one exchange is allowed per item ordered. The exchanged objects returned will only be refunded for the price of the case, the lenses will be non-refundable ("free lenses" will be subject to a fee of $5).
Please note, delivery for the exchanged item will be charged at our normal shipping prices.
(6) Could you please tell me something about the replacement procedure?
The first step is to get a Return ID via Email, chats, or on-call from our Customer Support.
After getting the return ID, you should send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the package tracking number.
Upon receipt of your confirmation number and the products, you will receive a credit/refund from the store or send a notice of the replacement process within 3 working days. Between them, the refund to store credit will arrive directly after the items have been received.
