30-Day  Return & Exchange

12-Month Warranty

Customers will enjoy a 12-month warranty (12 months after receiving the products), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. For dislike, size issue, glasses can be returned for one-time exchange or 50% refund (shipping excluded); for uncomfortable prescription, please contact Sllac Customer Service within 14 days after receiving the products. Otherwise, issues will not be accepted for more than 14 days.
