What is your return & refund policy?

Customers will enjoy 12-month warranty (6 months after receiving the products ), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. For dislike, size issue, uncomfortable prescription, please contact Sllac Customer Service within 30 days after receiving the products. Otherwise, issues will not be accepted for more than 30 days. How do I make an exchange or return?

Our 30-Day Trial period begins from the moment you receive the product, giving our valued customers the opportunity to make the most of it. Should you encounter any problems, be it with receiving incorrect items, damaged goods, or if you're unsatisfied with the style or size, don't hesitate to get in touch with our dedicated customer service. We can be reached via email at [email protected], and rest assured, we'll do our best to respond promptly within 1-2 business days and provide you with the assistance you need.

Glasses can be returned for a one-time-use 100% store credit or a 50% refund, exclude shipping and delivery fees. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used on the order. Please note that if you choose to do a one-time replacement for a particular pair, we can no longer process a refund or another replacement for it.
