I just placed several orders. Can I pay only one shipping charge?
Yes, if you contact us within the first 24 hours after you've placed these orders, we will refund one shipping fee so that you only pay for one shipping. The orders may be shipped together or separately. Note: The orders used limited coupon sales excluded. For example, welcome sale limit 1 pair/per person, two orders cannot be charged for one shipping.
What do I do if my package was damaged?
Immediately contact our Customer Service department. We will work with you to get your damaged glasses replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.

How do I return or exchange it?
We are very sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your glasses. In order to return your glasses please contact us [email protected] * For international orders, we will provide you with a return shipping address. ** Please allow up to 30 days for store credit to be emailed to you or for your refund to be transferred back to your account.
How Can I track my order?
When the order is shipped, Sllac system will send out a shipment confirmation email, including tracking no and tracking URL. You can also login to sllac.com using your account and find them at the order detail page. Usually, Sllac.com will ship the order after 2-5 working days after you pay it.
