I want to return my glasses. How do I get an RA number?

If you need to return an item, follow the simple steps below:

Call, chat, or email us within thirty (30) days of receiving the item to get your return authorization (RA) number.

These items must be included in package:

  1. The eyeglasses, and any accessories, in the hard plastic case that contained the glasses.
  2. A note with the RA# and a brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses.
  3. A copy of the prescription that the eye dr. provided, so we can inspect the glasses and determine if they were made according to the prescription.

Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RA number. To receive a replacement order, glasses must be returned in their entirety (frames, lenses, eyeglass case, etc.)

You must pay the shipping fee to mail the glasses to us. If the glasses are found to have a manufacturing defect, we will refund $5.95 of your shipping fee.

Can I get replacement nose pads?
Sure! Just call our Customer Service department, have an online chat with us, or email us, identifying your order number and frame model number. We will be happy to send you replacement nose pads at no charge.
I lost my tracking number. What should I do?
First of all, don't panic... :) You can contact our service department at: [email protected] Make sure you have your Order ID. You will also have to provide us with the first and last name associated with your order.
My glasses arrived damaged! What now??
We’re sorry to hear this happened! Damages rarely occur during shipment, but if it does, we’ll fix the problem immediately. To return your glasses and get a new pair, email to [email protected] your order number, found in your confirmation email, and a picture of the damage.
How do I return or exchange it?
We are very sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your glasses. In order to return your glasses please contact us [email protected] * For international orders, we will provide you with a return shipping address. ** Please allow up to 30 days for store credit to be emailed to you or for your refund to be transferred back to your account.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
Pack all your glasses into one box and attach your shipping label. Please make sure to do the following: 1. Make sure your shipping label is pasted properly and can not be easily removed. 2. Ensure your glasses are snugly packed in the box. Sllac is not responsible for any loss that may occur during the return of the package.
How long would it take me to receive the store credit?
Your store credit will be sent to you via email as soon as we receive and process your returned item. If you already passed the 48 hours gap and there is no sign for your shipping label please contact our returns department at: [email protected]
Can I use USPS or Fedex to send it back?
Just use USPS First Class or Fedex smart post to send them back.
My frame broke outside of warranty. How do I get a replacement frame?
You can reorder the replacement frame, for half-price, on our website. Once you get the replacement frame, just swap the lenses out of the old frame and into the new one.
How do I tighten my rimless glasses?
We can send you an optical screwdriver tool customized with flathead and Philips head screw settings, and with socket-wrench openings, which can be used to tighten the screws and nuts that hold rimless frames together. Call our Customer Service department, have an online chat with us, or email us with your order number, and we will be happy to send you one of these tools. You can also find something similar in any hardware or drugstore.
