What is your return & refund policy?

Customers will enjoy a 6-month warranty (6 months after receiving the products ), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. For dislike, size issue, uncomfortable prescription, please contact Sllac Customer Service within 30 days after receiving the products. Otherwise, issues will not be accepted for more than 30 days. How do I make an exchange or return?

14-Days Return & Exchange

Customers will enjoy a 14-Days Trial (14 days after receiving the products). If you encounter problems such as wrong items, damaged goods, disliking the style or size, wrong prescription, etc. Please feel free to contact our customer service via email: service@sllac.com, we'll replt to you within 1-3 business days as quickly as we can.
For exchange:
Free prepaid shipping label will be provided for you to return the glasses and make an exchange. You can contact our customer representative to make an replacement order for you; or you can ask for a full purchase price refunded to your store credit to place a new order. Please note that if you choose to do a one-time replacement for a particular pair, we can no longer process a refund or another replacement for it.
For refund:
Full purchase price refunded to your original payment method; Not eligible for a prepaid label. If a pre-paid return label is provided and the order shipped via standard US shipping is refunded, a $9.95 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not include your order's Express shipping fee. For items returned in via post, please allow up to 5-7 days transit time in addition to the 1-2 days for the refund to be processed.
Anything else I need to know about making an exchange?
If you decide to replace your glasses with a new pair of higher value, you are responsible for covering the difference.You can use the store credit and cover the difference. And of course, if you decide to replace your glasses with a new pair of lesser value, we will refund you the difference. We will refund you the money returned to the store balance from the original order as a cash refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning glasses after your 14-day Fit & Style Guarantee has expired.
