What is your return & refund policy?
Customers will enjoy a 6-month warranty (6 months after receiving the products ), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. For dislike, size issue, uncomfortable prescription, please contact Sllac Customer Service within 30 days after receiving the products. Otherwise, issues will not be accepted for more than 30 days.

How do I make an exchange or return?
1. Making a return is easy! First, send us an email with the order number, the reason for the return, and the frame name. Once your request is made, our customer service team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
2. Once customer service notifies you that you're all set to mail your return, we will provide you a shipping label.
3. You'll receive a store credit refund within 24 hours of shipping out the return package. Please make sure to let us know your package has shipped out. Or, if you chose the replacement option, we'll ship your new eyewear and let you know the replacement order number! For a cash refund, we need to receive your return package first. You will receive a refund within 5 days after the package arrived.

Anything else I need to know about making an exchange?
If you decide to replace your glasses with a new pair of higher value, you are responsible for covering the difference.You can use the store credit and cover the difference.
And of course, if you decide to replace your glasses with a new pair of lesser value, we will refund you the difference. We will refund you the money returned to the store balance from the original order as a cash refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning glasses after your 14-day Fit & Style Guarantee has expired.
